Can I cancel an order?

Since we do not mass-produce and every single product is hand-curated for each of our customers, we do not entertain any order cancelling requests as of now.

How do I ensure the product I receive is not damaged?

To ensure the safety of the orders, we make sure to share product pictures prior to and after the packaging with our customers.

For further measures, PhD chooses its delivery partner very wisely for every product depending on its weight and delicacy.

Note: After receiving the product, we request our customers to record an unboxing video of every angle of the box in the presence of the delivery agent (these images must match with the images we have in our records before we send the parcel from our side). This is required solely to ensure the product damages (if any) are not caused by the customer.

Are the colours shown on the website accurate?

All our pieces are handcrafted in-house at our studio. We ensure that our pieces are in standard light giving the truest and nearest colours to our pieces. However, due to the intricacy of work involved in our pieces, there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen and the actual product.
